Traffic is horrendous as it is presently. Unless there is a widening of Cooper St to mitigate the extra traffic it will become unbearable with the proposed amount of extra vehicles entering/exiting.
Proposed height of the development will dwarf existing residences looking down and into neighbouring units and look out of place.
