I would like the following concerns addressed:
1) Narromine has high ground water vulnerability. In some areas the bore water is only 14 meters underground. How will this project ensure that ground water is not impacted especially when the footings of these turbines are so deep?
2) Narromine has a lot of recreational flyers and gliders. The gliders rely on air pockets to stay flying. How will the wind turbines impact on the air/heat pockets needed for the gliders to remain in the sky? How will gliders be protected from colliding with the wind turbines?
3) How will the wind turbines be decommissioned including the footings? And if the wind turbines change ownership/companies, how will it be ensured that they will actually decommission the wind turbines?

Wind farms are noisy, ugly and are terrible for the environment. People live on the farms around where these turbines will be, you can't just build turbines next to their properties. We also have a lovely flat landscape out here around this beautiful town, to have ugly turbines littering the landscape would be awful. There is a significant portion of Momo Forest marked to be cleared for these awful turbines. There's so much wildlife in there, how dare you clear that for a temporary energy pull for some big company with no investment in this town. The turbines cannot be recycled and so they go straight to the tip when they break, and Narromine tip cannot handle that much garbage. I would hate to see this go ahead, it will only hurt this town.

Dangerous to health and destruction to land. Added noise to the area and visually offensive, put them in the city’s that’s where they use all the power.

I am objecting to this project as there is a possibility for wildlife to be displaced and all the equipment and infrastructure that is to be built willl impact local farming land and forests. The Momo State Forest is home to some amazing wildlife and it needs to be protected

this project should be build asap without further undue delay ! energy independence will probably be one of the most important issues in the future
as far as i am aware the affected landowners will be generously rewarded which i fully support .
for clarification: we are outside the proposed area !

My husband and I are in support for this project. We have recently built an off grid home in the area and believe renewable energy is the way forward.
