Mixed Use Development with Infill Affordable Housing — 160 Oxford Street, Paddington
I am writing to formally object to the above application. I live approximately 50 metres from the proposed development site. I have lived in this street and this neighbourhood for a number of years and have a direct and material interest in the outcome of this application.
I would be grateful if you gave due consideration to my objection. This proposal is unlike any other that the department has approved recently. This nature of the building and the location are unique and warrant deep scrutiny.
