I support the the proposed development of a materials recovery facility. I think that material recovery is the way of the future and makes a positive impact on the environment.

Further to my conversation with Ania Docinska last week about this proposal, IKEA has a large warehouse and distribution facility located nearby to the development site. We are currently still reviewing the proposal as there is significant documentation to evaluate. If there are any further concerns with the Sydney Business Park proposal, we will write to you again in the next two weeks outlining what they may be.
