I Object The application No:SSD7662 (SSD 16_7662) - Mixed-use development - Site 53 Sydney Olympic Park.

I strongly oppose it as it will significantly affect the views and sun lights.

I strongly object to it.

Over concentration in this area make the traffic condition very bad, especially when there is any big event.

It invades my privacy, and block the sunlight.

More units more traffic; higher floors will block sunshine and views; health effected

High rise building makes too much dust，

I am the resident in Olympic Park, I don't like a 35 level building build in this area.

As consider the height of the building, I don't agree the additional 4 storeys as 3 reasons.
First, this high rise should be limited at 30 levels,if this too high it was not consistent the shape of the designation of the Australian Towers.
Second, we need to consider the local traffic around the Australia Ave., it was an big issue in DFO roundabout and the traffic light near the park street. If we allow this continuing additonal storeys added to the original plan, that would be an bad example for future project planning, that would add more burden on current traffic situation.
Third, the add up 4 levels will block the other tower view and obvious an devaluation for current residences. This proposal definitely harms others benefit. We should not allow this develop plan as for increasing sales by the consideration of other residences' costs.

It is the 2nd time for this developer to increase the number of units in this development, very GREEDY!
