I have a limited 100 metres walking range that barely gets me from the University Clinic Front Door to the Reception Counter for regular appointments for Diabetes and Obesity. Parking near that access is extremely limited and almost impossible if self-driving. The proposed Car Park is far beyond my walking range, so my question is: What provision will be made for those like myself who need some form of transport between the Car Park and distant parts of Westmead Hospital? Also, will pensioners get free use of the car park?
