Please please do not allow such a project in our beautiful Mona Vale. We would like to retire peacefully in the same beautiful community we know and disagree with this proposal strongly.

As an owner, I object wholeheartedly to this development as it would diminish the value of our property and community and would unfortunately be basis to sell immediately.

The proposed construction of eight new apartments in this small cul-de-sac fails to account for the clear limitations of the surrounding transport infrastructure. Access to the neighbourhood already relies on narrow local roads and an infrequent bus service that is not equipped to absorb additional demand. Introducing multiple new households will inevitably increase vehicle traffic, on-street parking pressure, noise, and safety risks in an area never designed for this volume of use. Without meaningful upgrades to road capacity, parking management, or public transport frequency, this development risks overwhelming the existing network and diminishing the quality of life for current residents, raising serious concerns that the project prioritises density and profit over sustainable planning and community wellbeing.
