I oppose plans to build an Energy from Waste plant at Eastern Creek.
There are still significant information shortfalls in the EIS, including the source of the waste and the inability of the applicant to guarantee procedures and processes that satisfactorily demonstrate how all industrial waste will be appropriately sorted.
They are still to guarantee that their predictions of low emissions are valid and achievable.
The incinerator proposal fails to comply with the area's zoning requirements and is therefore prohibited.
It will have a significant impact on critically endangered ecological communities.
Furthermore the location and design of the Energy from Waste plant fails to encourage a high standard of development.

Me and my family move to St Clair 7 years ago and we love the area. We would like to stay here and raze our kids here. Unfortunately now we fear that we may have to move if the Incinerator goes ahead. We don't want to bread toxins and increase our chance of censer and other diseases. Western Sydney is not the "trash" area of Sydney. Many young families leave here and raze there kids here. Please let as stay here and breath clean are, as every human being deserves!

Take your incinerator elsewhere! Don't make us suffer and choke on your toxic fumes and gasses. Our children and the next generations deserve to live a life without suffering!! How would you like it if your family were constantly being hospitalised or living in anguish and with cancer due to the crap air they are forced to breathe! Your company should not even be allowed to build such a shocking, dreadful and atrocious incinerator. Which genius even came up with the idea? They need to go back to what ever university they got their degree from and maybe take up a course on "ETHICS" and "HOW NOT TO KILL PEOPLE" .... That might actually be useful!
