Please find attached a planning submission letter objecting to the exhibited development application, prepared and submitted on behalf of the Owners Corporation of SP70059 located at 227 Victoria Street, Darlinghurst.

Strata Plan 21252 is located at 1 Tewkesbury Ave, Darlinghurst, to the south of the proposed development. Please refer to the attached detailed submission from our town planner Natalie Richter, objecting to various aspects of the proposal.

I believe the revision to the original plans do not deliver a substantial benefit to the community but more so, provide greater challenges.
