I object to this proposal as I do for all the other projects in KuRingGai as there is just not the infrastructure to support all this high rise. The streets are already full and will not be able to cope with even more traffic. There are so few green areas now and places like Lindfield have virtually no green areas at all. I agree with the FOKE submission. People move to this area for the green space, trees, peace and tranquility. I know it sounds like a NIMBY problem but I urge the planners to ensure that whatever is planned, is achieved with minimum effect on the enviroment and also to ensure that the buildings are of such a standard there will be no problem with leaks, cracks etc in the future.
