This Planning Proposal seeks to add a new clause into the Ballina Local Environmental Plan (1987) that will allow detached dual occupancies to be permitted with consent within Zone 7(c) Environmental Protection (Water Catchment).
The proposed clause replicates the current planning controls for detached dual occupancies on land zoned RU1 (Primary Production) and RU2 (Rural Landscape) within the Ballina LEP (2012).
