Planning Proposal to amend the Kiama LEP 2011 to rezone 2 Caliope Street, Kiama (Lot 672 DP 1308222) from RU2 Rural Landscape and C2 Environmental Conservation to R2 Low Density Residential to facilitate approximately 13 residential allotments on the western portion of the site, and the remainder of the site to C2 Environmental Conservation and C3 Environmental Management to ensure the protection and management of the environmental values of the site.
