Reduce Minimum Lot Size and Increase Zone C2 Environmental Conservation
Coffs Harbour
The planning proposal shall amend Coffs Harbour Local Environmental Plan 2013 for the subject land to reduce the minimum lot size for Zone R5 Large Lot Residential from 1 hectare to 4,500m2; increase the area of Zone C2 Environmental Conservation to protect land of high environmental value; and amend the associated Terrestrial Biodiversity Map to align with the amended land use zones.
