Rural Lands Boundary Adjustment Clause
Orange
To create a new local clause, supported by a DCP amendment, to enable minor realignment of boundaries in rural areas in circumstances that are not currently exempt or permissible with consent despite having minimal impact. The intent is to allow a more orderly process for reconfiguring existing farms to better align with natural features or for other operational reasons without creating additional dwelling entitlements.
