Wingham Urban Release Area 1 Planning Proposal
Mid-Coast
The Planning Proposal aims to amend the Greater Taree Local Environmental Plan 2010 to include the currently zoned RU1 Primary Production land into a mix of residential and conservation zones. The conservation zones are proposed to be applied over land with environmental values and constraints that are considered to not be suitable for urban development.
