To rectify a minor mapping anomaly affecting No 1 Wynyard Street Singleton. The lot contains an occupied dwelling but was zoned 6(a) Open Space by the Singleton LEP 1996. Council advises that the error was made during the preparation of the Singleton LEP 1996, where it seems the lot was accidently identified as part of the adjoining Matilda Park.The site was zoned residential prior to Singleton LEP 1996 - the Singleton Planning Scheme Ordinance 1966.
