Junee Shire Council seeks to insert a model local clause to enable exceptions to the minimum lot size shown on the lot size map for land zoned RU1 Primary Production Zone

The clause has been inserted in a number of other SI and permits the subdivision of land in rural zones below the minimum lot size if the use of the land is currently used for a permitted use that has an existing development consent and provided the permitted use is not for a dwelling house or dual occupancy.
