Amendment to Subclause 11(3) of Byron Local Environmental Plan

The Planning Proposal seeks to amend the Byron LEP 1988 written instrument:Part 3 - Special ProvisionsClause 11(3) states:In this clause - "land" means a parcel or parcels of land held under a seperate title on the appointed day.Proposed Amendment - omit the words "this clause" and insert instead "subclause 11(2)". The planning proposal seeks to ensure that ONLY parcels of land within Zones 1(c1) and 1(c2) , are affected by the definition of "land" within clause 11(3). The definition of "land" in clause 11(3) controls the extent of subdivision in rural zones in the Shire.
