Draft Ryde Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment 2) Ryde Civic Centre

The DLEP proposes to alter the height control on Council's Civi Centre site at 1 Devlin Street, Ryde by: increasing the height from RL 91 (9/10storeys) to RL 130 (24 storeys) along the eastern side, reducing it to 21.5 metres (6 storeys) along the western part of the site and also reducing the overall permissible net useable floor area from 100,000sqm to 60,000sqm.
