Lithgow City
The planning proposal will rezone the Foundations site at Portland to provide for a mix of housing, recreation, and employment lands and introduce planning controls through a required DCP and additional permitted use to facilitate future development. It will remove the deferred matter of the Lithgow LEP 2014 enabling the full repeal of Lithgow LEP 1994.
