1. Mapping amendments to correct anomalies and address: Boundaries of state and national parks, Future open cut mining potential for consistency with Mining SEPP, Removal of land acquisition where land has already been acquired.2. Updated property description information on various schedules following subdivision of land, especially for heritage items where the curtilage has been further refined.3. Rezoning land to surrounding land where no longer required for acquisition4. Additional matters in exempt schedule regarding real estate signs and advertising banners 5. Add new heritage items where studies or assessment have recommended addition and remove others that have been demolished or included in another Planning Instrument (i.e. Major Project SEPP).6. Enable the subdivision of land for community purposes on land zoned 10 Investigation.7. Enable the subdivision of land for the purposes of a Regional Cyclway between Wallsend and Glendale.8. Insert a mechanism requiring the provision of future vehicle access to a site to the satisfaction of Council.
