Reclassification of Public Land from ‘Community’ to ‘Operational’.

Berrigan

Planning Proposal recommending an amendment to the Berrigan Shire Local Environmental Plan 2013 (LEP 2013) to reclassify two (2) Council-owned sites from ‘community land’ to ‘operational land’. Reclassification of land, through an amendment to the LEP (Schedule 4) is the only statutory mechanism available to correct a default classification and change the classification to ‘operational’.
