Scone Local Environmental Plan 1986 (Amendment No 72)

Upper Hunter

To update the Scone Local Environmental Plan 1986 to require development consent for dwelling houses in residential 2a, 2b, & 2c zones.The EPA Act was amended in 1998 to requiring dwelling houses to obtain development consent. The Scone Local Environmental Plan 1986 does not require consent for dwelling houses in the above residential zones. This planning proposal will remove this anomaly.
