THIS PLANNING PROPOSAL PROVIDES FOR THE CONVERSION OF TWEED LEP (DRAFT AMENDMENT NO.35)TO THE CURRENT PART 3 OF THE EP&A ACT.The planning proposal will permit development for the purposes of tourist accommodation, caravan park, camping grounds and shop on land at Dry Dock Road, Tweed Heads South. The proposed uses are prohibited under the provisions of the current zoning 2(a) Low Density Residential applying to the land. The LEP will enable the extension of an existing Tourist and Caravan Park.
