The Upper Hunter Local Environmental Plan 2013 commenced on 10 January 2014. Since its commencement a number of issues have emerged that require the instrument to be amended. These issues include drinking water quality, manufactured homes in the land use table, changes to the obstacle height limitation surface and the identification of errors in the heritage schedule and mapping.
