Miranda Planning Proposal

The SDP identifies Miranda as one of the Strategic Centres in the Shire. The NSW Government has given Sutherland a housing target of 6,000 new homes by 2029; and a jobs target of at least 8000 new jobs in Miranda by 2034. To meet these targets, Council has taken a place-based approach to provide diverse homes in well-located areas with existing infrastructure. LMR focuses on increasing capacity with the surrounding residential areas. The Proposal also increases residential capacity within the centre as well
