As resolved at Murray River Council's November 2025 and December 2025 Council Meetings, the Planning Proposal seeks to utilise the provisions of Clause 5.2 of the Murray LEP and Wakool LEP to reclassify nine (9) Lots from “community land” to “operational land’ in accordance with Part 2 of Chapter 6 of the Local Government Act 1993 by amending four (4) of the nine (9) lots under the MLEP's/WLEP's Schedule 4, Part 1, and five (5) of the nine (9) lots under the MLEP's/WLEP's Schedule 4, Part 2.
