Planning proposal - Split-zone subdivision

Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional

The planning proposal seeks to introduce a local clause, minimum subdivision lot sizes for certain split zones, into QPRLEP 2022. The proposed clause aims to allow subdivision of lots affected by multiple zones, where subdivision is currently restricted under Clause 4.1 and cannot be exempted via Subclause 4.6.
