Shellharbour Tiny Homes Planning Proposal

Shellharbour

This proposal is to allow a two-year pilot program to be undertaken to allow moveable dwellings (Tin Mobile Homes) within certain zones within the Shellharbour Local Government Area (LGA). A Local Approvals Policy would be developed concurrently to the progression of this proposal through the LEP making process. This would address requirements under Section 68 of the Local Government Act.
