PLANNING PROPOSAL - LOCAL CHARACTER AREAS (Type 3 LCA - To be maintained)

The planning proposal seeks to amend the Canada Bay Local Environmental Plan (CBLEP) 2013 by introducing Local Character Areas that have character that is to be maintained (Type 3 LCA).
The planning proposal also seeks to amend State Environmental Planning policy (Exempt and Complying Development Codes) 2008 to exempt the proposed Canada Bay Local Character Areas from Part 3 (the Housing Code) and Part 3B (the Low Rise Housing Diversity Code) of SEPP (Exempt and Complying Development Codes) 2008.
