Problem statement
How can a standard set of data entities and uplifted and standardised APIs in the Portal be established, to meet common needs of all councils, while allowing for configurable additions to accommodate council-specific needs?
Scope
This will involve exploring factors such as:
- Standardising the approach to lower council’s maintenance costs by reducing the complexity of developing and maintaining internal systems.
- Helping councils reduce the time it takes to implement tech systems.
- Making it easier for councils to adjust system features to suit their specific needs, while still meeting the common needs of all councils.
