Problem statement

How can users get consistent and reliable information across Planning NSW, NSW.gov and the NSW Planning Portal websites, how can we be ready for users wanting to use other channels such as ChatGPT to support information gathering?

 

Scope

This will involve exploring factors such as:

  • Improving information accessibility to help internal and external users find clear and consistent information.
  • Reducing duplication of content across NSW Government websites.
  • Establishing a single source of truth to support transparency and reduce effort of finding accurate information.
  • Improving searchability making it easier to find relevant information.
  • Enhancing website content integration to support easier consumption by platforms like ChatGPT.
