Development applications (DA) that will be determined by the Minister or the Independent Planning Commission (IPC) are also exhibited on the NSW Planning Portal.
All submissions on State DAs must be made online through the NSW Planning Portal (this website).
To make a submission search for the relevant application or find it amongst the applications currently on exhibition. Then, follow the instructions under Make a submission application page.
