Stages 2 & 3 in this development the average block is 16 meters wide. Making this stage 15 meters is not in keeping with the rest of the estate and surrounding areas (average being 20 meters) Adding another 12 blocks in this estate appears to be based on GREED ONLY not on how the future residents will live having to build their homes so close together. Also where is the OPEN SPACE lot as proposed in the original submission? What is going to happen to the local wildlife birds,yellow bellied gliders,possums and kangaroos all of which live in this bushy area that is being developed?
