Mod 1 - Design Changes

I would like to submit our objection to this proposal.
I will receive the details of the proposed Rail Unloader from Michelle
Blakely today, so we need a few days to read the information. We would
like to add to this submission.

Michelle emailed the proposal and we could not print it. So we, last
Friday 14 September'18 went into Lithgow City Council to take a look
there. We waited for 40 minutes for them to find the document. Once it
was handed to us, we were told that we could not take it, but only
look at it. We made a call to Michelle and left a message on her
phone. Michelle has just returned our phone call today at approx.
11;30 am and Michelle stated that a copy would be dropped off to our
house today.

We want to express our concerns for:
Property devaluation. We have built an award winning home, with
extensive gardens.
Employment. Currently employed at Springvale. Bringing coal in from
other locations will jeopardise local jobs and have an onflow effect
to other local businesses.
Noise levels. We can hear the Power Station phones ring (the power
station is located over the hill, which is quite a distance from our
home), so how will the noise an unloader impact on us?
Visual impact on local area (agriculture).
Air quality. Coal dust.
