Thank you for the opportunity to submit further comments on this application.
The only additional comment I make is that the speed limit on Morisset Park Road fronting the site, which is currently 70km/h, be reduced to 50km/h. The applicant is to apply through the RMS Newcastle for this, and this can be a lengthy procedure.
During construction road work speed limits will most probably apply, so the speed limit reduction is to occur prior to OC.
