I partially agree with this proposal, as I certainly concern about the traffic flow in the area. As this is a quiet neighbourhood, relocation the garage area and minor interior alternation will certain change the atomphere of the neighbourhood. I strong suggest that The Presbyterian Church Property Trust should have a meeting with our body cooperation managment team to find solution for these changes.

There appears to be little information and clarity about point 2 of the Modification application: the relocation of the garbage store.
The plan shows garbage units sitting outside the building on the east side - there is no apparent detail of how these would be housed - with odours not escaping, & made both secure and invisible from the stone public stairway, Cooper Street and Stephen Street.
As a Stephen Street resident owner I am concerned about how the garbage will be collected - and that the collection point is not from Stephen Street where there is already parking and traffic congestion. Furthermore it is good practice for new developments to securely house garbage so it does not impact on the surrounding residents. I object to this part of the modification until further evidence is shown to support the written claims in the cover letter.
