The propose sale office is too close to the residential houses that are fully occupied.With the current construction activities on going, it has already creating shortages of car parking spaces and congestion.The sale office is going to attract more traffic into the area with narrow road cater mainly for residential and not for commercial activities.The residents should not made to suffer the said congestion especially during their promotion and sales.This was very evident when Fraser set up a temporary sale office for a few months at No 4 Bennelong Way.( This was done without seeking the consent of the neighbours )
