Sandstone Precinct Stage 2 DA MOD 3 - Design

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for referring the above development to Sydney Water.

We have reviewed the application and have determined that this
development does not require assessment by Sydney Water at this stage.

Please refer to our latest Council Information Kit (October 2017) as
attached, which details the types of developments that we need to see
before Development Consent is granted. If you could please review
these guidelines to familiarise your team with the types of
developments that need to be referred to Sydney Water before DA
approval, it would be appreciated.

Please note: Developments will still need appropriate conditions of
consent within the DA if they meet the criteria for Building Plan
Approval and/or Section 73 requirements. This is outlined in the
`Notification To Sydney Water Corporation By Consent Authorities Of
Development Applications' guidelines last issued in 2016.

Please note: The kit included an error in "2. Development types and
scales". The Secondary dwelling development conditions on page 2 of
the information kit (4th bullet point) apply to developments that
result in additional dwellings within Priority Sewer Program (PSP)
scheme boundaries only. The Council LGAs within a PSP boundary are
listed below.
* Blue Mountains
* Hawkesbury
* Hornsby
* Kiama
* Liverpool
* Penrith
* The Hills
* Wollondilly
* Wollongong

If your LGA is located outside of the PSP scheme areas, please ignore
the secondary development condition because it does not apply to
developments in your area.
