The Council has no objection to the proposal in principle.
Attached is a list of conditions that Council seeks to include on a
modified development consent if issued by you.

The only concern the Council has with the proposal relates to the
placement of Lot 701 relative to the intersection and a proposed
stormwater pit, it prevents the placement of any possible driveway
onto Freycinet Drive servicing Lot 701. Placement of a driveway
directly opposite an intersection is non compliant with Figure 3.1 of
AS/NZS 2890.1. A possible alternative lot layout is shown on the
attached plan, which involves making Lot 701 a battle axe lot with
access to Throsby Cres. A restriction on title under S88 of the
Conveyancing Act would be necessary to reinforce no direct access is
permitted to Freycinet Drive.
