here are my reasons...
1. the existing housing arrangements have worked well and continue to do so.
2. very high rise buildings are not the answer as shown by the recent Hong Kong disaster
3. housing affordability would be improved by amending taxation legislation.
4. very high rise buildings create shadows over houses in neighboring streets like ours.

Hello,
I would like to request additional parking spaces, as in Nov-25 I have already realised that due to tenants moving into the social housing, Street parking in Cope St have been limited and it is harder for me to find parking spaces on the streets where I used to find them easily.
I am worried that this will become more difficult. Understand that living near Metro station require less need of motor vehicle however, many residents including myself are pet owners hence motor vehicle is neccessary in order to meet the living requirements with my pet. Bicycle is not really ideal form of transport when you have a pet companion.

I would like to request additional car parking spaces so that new residents for metro quarter do not require to park in Cope St, which is already evident that there are new residents with cars that need to park on-street.

We welcome the ambition for a well-connected, transit-oriented precinct. However, we raise equity, governance, and technical concerns that must be addressed to ensure genuine community benefit—particularly for the public housing tenants living directly adjacent to the site. Please review our attached comments for your consideration and response.
