Yennora Distribution Centre - Mod 12 - Building 2

As a property owner occupier directly adjacent the distribution centre, I do not wish for the project to add any more noise to the neighbourhood. Whilst on the most part, the operation is quiet, you do hear trucks at night from time to time plus the occasional minor vibration from time to time. I do not wish to see this project exacerbate the situation.

Furthermore, there are a number of birds in the area that are not found in many other places in Sydney due to the diverse landscape as well as urban sprawl. I do not wish that this project destroys anymore of the natural reserve that existed where the distribution centre is now.

In approving this operation, please consider the local residents and the noise impact on us. Furthermore, vibration must be eliminated to avoid structural damage to properties. Lastly, we do not wish to see natural wildlife and birdlife eliminated due to destruction of the reserve.
