Problem statement

How can the legacy technology be modernised to enable support for innovation, reduce costs, and increase the ability to respond to evolving customer and Departmental expectations?

 

Scope

This will involve exploring factors such as:

  • Operational inefficiencies such as manual workarounds and the use of outdated technologies.
  • Security and compliance to proactively reduce risks from using outdated software.
  • Potential integration improvements including ways of better connecting with modern platforms, application programming interfaces (APIs) and data sources.
  • Reviewing user experience and user interface to support a more intuitive and accessible digital environment.
