I have been a long-time employee of the project.
It has allowed my family to live a quality of life we would not enjoy elsewhere, whilst supporting the local community.

Continuing the project at HVO allows locals to stay in jobs and live amongst the community. HVO contributes to many local organisations and with out this continued project these opportunities wouldn’t be available for growth with in the community.

HVO employs thousands of individuals and contractors. If this continuation does not go ahead, the flow on effect to the Hunter valley, Maitland and surrounding community will be financially affected. This will directly impacting many small businesses negatively.

I run a commercial and residential painting business and this will directly impact my company including the 8 locals that I employ.

My husband is employed by HVO and his income supports our family, creating a stable and reliable income

Locals need employment.

I support the further expansion of HVO mine and any other developments

I support the project on the basis of protecting jobs and ongoing economic growth in the region.

This project provides many jobs for many families. If it was to discontinue many good people and families will be left unemployed and unable to pay mortgages and the cost of living.

I would like to support this project due to the maintained jobs it supports for this area. The footprint is mainly already mined land with deeper seams being mined. It makes sense to continue the operation with already affected land.
The need of electricity continues with infrastructure to renewable option not going to be ready in time. The Australians emissions is nothing to what the world produces and it's about time the government started looking after the future of their people rather then the radical minority.
