I object to any Incinerator being built in our area. Not only are we a young community but it its way to close to shops, schools and parks where multiple sports are played.
The smells it would create, the health of everyone, there is significant evidence to all of the above. Why we even have to oppose such a monstrocity is beyond me.
It will also devalue my property.
Its always about the dollar isnt it.

I Raechel O'Hara object to having this incinerator burning so close to residential areas, where it going to be held near Eastern Creek.
What makes this worse is all the non smelling toxins that will be filtered in to the air, causing cancer and other health problems.
Dies it not matter that you are harming everyone around the area for the sake of Money.
What about the safety of families, pets, YOUR FAMILY
Not very impressed with this or council

I oppose this proposal to build a waste incinerator at Eastern Creek because of the potential health hazards it can pose to the communities of Western Sydney.

I object to the proposal. The Sydney basin does not allow for wind flow to take the pollutants away. Especially this close to the mountains. The smoke and pollutants will gather around t he Western Sydney area and stay here. My partner has asthma and this will affect his health in a very negative way.

I object to the establishment of an incinerator in the heart of Western Sydney. The proposed location is absurd given its close proximity to family homes, schools and water reservoirs. By the company's own admission, no guarantee can be given regarding the toxins and their potential effects on the health and wellbeing of local residents. This is an insult to the people of Western Sydney. If the incinerator is necessary it must be in a location distant from peoples homes, schools, daycare centres and water sources. Please note my strong objection on this matter as a resident, a mother, a teacher and a member of the community concerned for the health and wellbeing of all those living and working in Western Sydney.

We already have a tip which stinks and a speedway that can be heard at any hour, our community does not need another organisation which will pollute the air and drop our housing prices any further that they are. Our community is generally very clean and quiet we prefer it to stay that way.

I object because of the frightening public health statistics that can only rise through the addition of further pollution from the proposed waste to energy facility and increased traffic heading towards the facility further clogging already congested infrastructure.
'Blacktown South-West has the highest standardised mortality rates in western Sydney for cancer (126), cardiovascular diseases (164), ischaemic heart disease (174) and cerebrovascular disease (159), with the national average being of course 100.2'
In addition, the amended EIS still contains significant shortfalls in regards to the source of the waste to be incinerated which will contain a lethal cocktail of chemical pollutants being released into the atmosphere and impacting the nearby communities. The majority of the people living in these communities are families raising their children whose health is being placed at risk.
