MOD 14 - Increased Processing Rate

This submission is being made by Des Green in addition to the one by Sally Green of the same address.
I agree and adopt the submissions by our son Stuart and wife Gemma Green, and John and Hilde Gerathy who are our immediate neighbours and the one by Michael and Frances Retallack who are downstream from us on the Belubula River.
My family have lived here for 99 years, on Rhondda Villa and we would like to continue the family business through to the next generation and beyond. With the proposed construction work on the NTSF and STSF I fear for the health of our community, our livestock, pastures and ultimately leading to our food chain. We strive to farm responsibly leaving the legacy of a good healthy environment for our descendants to enjoy into the future. We expect our neighbours, especially the mine, to do the same.

We object to the proposal to increase the production rate from 32mtpa to 35Mtpa
We object to upgrades to processing capacity to 35Mtpa
We object to the proposed construction work on the NTSF and STST.
We totally agree and adopt the submissions by Stuart and Gemma Green, John and Hilde Gerathy, who are our immediate neighbours, and the one by Michael and Frances Retallack who are southwest of us on the Belubula River, which we join as well.
