Rural Amenity - The proposal/modification does not stipulate how the rural amenity of the project will be enhanced. How is the site to be screened? Batteries are a persistent eyesore.
End of life batteries : What guarantees do you provide for their environmentally acceptable disposal at the end of their short lifespan?
Road safety and Use :There is zero stipulation on road use and road safety for access on Redbank Road during construction and management of the site once complete. The speed limit is not CLEARLY signposted on this road. We have children using Redbank Road to walk to and from the school bus each day. There is NO footpath.
What is to stop site staff/contractors from speeding down Redbank Road for daily access? You cannot assure us of this. I am particularly disturbed by this aspect of the development and made my objections known during a visit but heard nothing to counter my objection.
No assurances We have been given no assurances from the managing agents despite them stating to me that they would keep me informed. I am yet to hear from them.
I am also disturbed at the lack of consultation and being given a very short period of time for submissions for this further modification.
We object to this modification in its entirety.
