I lodged this last night but didn't get confirmation and Justin was unable to locate it in your system when I called 12th September so I am lodging again. SCAPS Submission #1 (23 pages) has already been submitted to you however as we have 53 people who have endorsed that submission I am again attaching SCAPS Submission #1 and a separate pdf showing details of the 53 people that have endorsed that submission. We have the emails from these people endorsing our submission if you need to verify them. I have provided you with addresses, emails and phone numbers (where they provided them to us) in case you want to verify anything. However please note that they do NOT want their details made public or given to NorthConnex - they are only provided for you to verify if needed. Please let me know if there are any problems with this.
Thanks & regards,
Kim.

I endorse the attached CAPS Group submission.
I am a very concerned resident who live less than 50m from the Southern stack. All the health risks raised in the CAPS & SCAPS MUST BE ADDRESSED prior to any approval consideration of the NortConnex proposal should be given.

The idea of this stack being put into a residential area only 20 metres above ground level is truly concerning. This stack should be relocated to an industrial area where residents and children are not harmed or a highly effective filtration system should be put in place at a much higher level from the ground.

I endorse the attached SCAPS Group submissions.
I also wish to lodge an individual objection to aspects of the NorthConnex tunnel EIS proposal on behalf of my elderly father, James Wilson of 31 Karloon Rd, West Pennant Hills 2125. My father is 82 years old and has asked me to respond on his behalf as he does not own, or even know how to use, a computer or any other electronic device. He has resided at this address for approximately 40 years, and is deeply concerned with the proposed number of heavy trucks and other vehicles that will be passing his house as part of the NorthConnex construction project. He is very worried about all the implications this volume of traffic will bring, and is convinced that he will not even be able to get out of his own driveway for a period of 2 - 5 years. He is concerned about being able to do his shopping and attend medical or other appointments. The stress from this worry is already beginning to take a toll on his health. We almost lost him to bowel cancer last year, and it is unconscionable that, at this stage of his life, he is being subjected to the strain of the unreasonable conditions of this proposal.
He is at a loss to understand why the government can't waiver the no right turn into Eaton Rd from Pennant Hills Rd for construction vehicles for as long as it takes to complete the NorthConnex project. Surely it is not just a cost benefit exercise as the advantages would greatly outweigh the disadvantages - less noise and pollution, less stress for the residents on the threatened local roads, less damage and maintenance to those roads. Also it will enable emergency vehicles to access those roads, if necessary, and the 1480 heavy vehicles and 330 light vehicles that are scheduled to use these roads for 11 hours per day 6 days per week (maybe more) will have less distance to travel. The landscape supplier that presently occupies part of the proposed construction site has entry/ exit driveways on both Pennant Hills Rd and Eaton Rd, which may still be the case when the construction site is completed. The exit onto Pennant Hills Rd should assist the outbound vehicles travelling north.
He also objects to the proposed placement of the ventilation stacks and agrees that these stacks must be filtered and placed on the Pennant Hills golf course side of Pennant Hills Rd in accordance with the SCAPS group submissions.
Thank you
