I would like the buildings above Crows Nest Metro to be able to support
the community as a Health and education precinct.
1. I object to changing the planning controls for this site.
2. I object to high rise residential towers for this site.
3 I object to any building on block C to allow creation of open space.
4. I object to any parking on this site, the area should be car free.
This site can become an employment and business generating hub, rather
than a residential facility.
1, I want TAFE and the ability to utilise this site as a high
technology park.
It could include non selective and selective tech high schools.
I want the buildings above the metro to contain services and
activities that maintain and improve the health of the local
community.
A community centre
Aged care day centre
Childcare services and recreational centres.
Serviced offices.
I want the area above the metro to be a destination that creates jobs
and provides services. Not more high rise residential.
This could include a language school, music school, drama school,
dance or culinary school.
We can also provide health training facilities for local hospitals.

as a Health and education precinct.
We want jobs to come to this area, enabling us to meet the jobs target
set by Greater Sydney Commission.
1 I object to a change in planning controls for this site.
2. I object to any high rise residential towers on this site.
Residential towers suit developers, we want jobs, business and
investment in education and health services.
3. I want some open space for the community, no building on Block c
4. This site should have no parking, the area is for public transport
focus, car free instead.
This site should become an education hub. This could contain a high
tech technology park.
This includes TAFE that specialises in technology, health supplying
the local hospitals, aged care services and community services.
Tafe specialising in technology, hospitality, film industry, and early
childhood education.
A non selective high school and a selective technology high school.
Language ,Drama, Dance ,Barista and culinary schools are all options
and serve the jobs sector.
I want building above the metro to provide service to the community,
medical, recreational and performance.
This could also include child care and aged day centres.
I want no more residential towers, focus needs to be service,
community and jobs orientated..

I would suggest the building over the CRows Nest Metro include
community facilities such as a movie theatre and or an educational

The new buildings above the metro need to support the area's designation
as a Health and Education Precinct, to bring more jobs into the area
to meet the target set by the Greater Sydney Commission.
I object to building any high rise residential towers on this
site. There is no transition from 27 storeys and the village of Crows
Nest. As we see in St. Leonards such towers do next to nothing to
bring jobs and business to the area.
I object to any building on Block C. There must be public open space.
The overstation development is a great opportunity for a new school,
desperately needed in the area.
At a meeting with our local member Gladys Berejiklian on Friday
December 7, I was representing the Naremburn Action Group. She stated
that the metro development will be separated from the overstation
development. So there is no rush for this development proposal to
proceed. It must be integrated with the St. Leonards/Crows Nest 2036
plan where it can be assessed as part of the whole by the community.
