Master planning is an optional pathway for certain land within the Western Sydney Aerotropolis. It exists under the Western Parkland City State Environmental Planning Policy.
All master plans in the Aerotropolis need to align with the overarching vision and principles for the area outlined in the Western Sydney Aerotropolis Planning Package. Master plan development will be overseen by a technical assurance panel (TAP).
The Bradfield City Centre Master Plan was approved in September 2024.
More information on master planning in the Western Sydney Aerotropolis and the established technical assurance panel is available on the Planning website.
